What is included with my purchase?
Your purchase includes the WHOOP 4.0 device with Onyx SuperKnit band, a waterproof and wireless battery charger and charging cable, as well as a 12-month WHOOP membership and access to the WHOOP app.
Why do I need to enter a credit card to activate my membership when I’ve already paid?
Your purchase includes your upfront 12-month membership. At the end of the 12-months, you will have the opportunity to renew your membership directly with WHOOP.
What if my packaging looks different than the packaging in the description?
All genuine WHOOP 4.0 products come in retail-specific packaging as pictured above with the 12-month membership noted on the back of the box. If the box received is different, the inclusion of a 12-month membership with the product is not guaranteed.
How do I charge my WHOOP Battery Pack 4.0?
Plug your battery pack 4.0 into a power source using your WHOOP-provided USB-C cord. While charging, the LED will stay red. Once your battery pack is fully charged, the LED will turn green.
I just received my WHOOP Battery Pack 4.0, but when I clicked on my WHOOP it wasn’t charging.
